Ater Kik Alicha (Amharic *: ክክ አልጫ) is a traditional Ethiopian “sauce” (Wot), which is eaten in Ethiopia together with Injera, the Ethiopian flatbread, and green peppers. But even without Injera Ater Kik Alischa is a pleasure and can be eaten, for example, with rice. In any case, Ater Kik Alischa is an asset to the vegan cuisine.
